Yesterday movie and TV fans stopped to watch the Golden Globes as stars waited to see who would receive this years batch of awards. While they did that fashion editors and writers were watching the red carpet before the event to see who would make the best dressed list. The women as always donned their best dresses but sometimes they can get it wrong, but this isn’t a list of worst dressed, this is a list of the best, so this is my top five who got it right.
Top 5:
Angelina Jolie | Atelier Versace
While looking a bit on the thin side Angelina Jolie still knows how to rock a red carpet look, with minimal accessories she still looked gorgeous in a red and cream Atelier Versace gown.
Emma Stone | Lanvin
Emma stone made my list wearing a tulle gown by Lanvin, the structure of reminded me of an ancient Roman type dress, with a belt cinching her waist it made the perfest Golden Globes outfit.
Mila Kunis | Dior
Mila looked stunning on the red carpet in this floor length gown by Dior, with nothing but diamond earings and a ring to finish of the look, she hit the mark.
Reese Witherspoon | Zac Posen
Reese looked amazing at the Golden Globes, I didn’t get to see her on the red carpet but I did see her when she was presenting. As soon as I saw her she hit the best dressed list in my books. With a sleeveless red gown by Zac Posen and very minimal accessorizing she was a stand out.
Sarah Hyland | Dolce & Gabbana
Sarah finishes of my top five in a stunning gown by Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana, with nothing but a diamond bangle and a clutch to accessorize the look she did very well, and looked gorgeous while walking the red carpet.
