Last week our other fashion writer wrote a feature on accessories that a stylish man should possess. This week I’m going to build on from that and give you 5 more that I believe every stylish man should not be without. In part one things like watches, sunglasses, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and rings were mentioned. Accessories are an important part of day-to-day life from being practical to setting you apart from the day-to-day crowd. But enough of the intro let’s get onto what you want to know.
Leather gloves are essential for a cold winter, one to keep your hands warm and two they look so good. Gloves can be worn with a suit or a more casual look like a pea coat, trench, or even a denim jacket. Many designers make their own and range from inexpensive to expensive. Find the pair that fit your tastes and budget and go home with a pair.
Scarves are also important for keeping you warm during winter, but you can also buy cotton made ones for use in the summer months. I often see on the runway and the street people knotting them up and tucking them inside their shirt.
Cuff links are those accessories that aren’t essential but should be, they add extra style points to whoever wears them and especially at formal events they hit the money. Who can go past a tailored tux with a pair of cuff links.
If you don’t own a leather weekend bag you really do need to get one soon. They look much nicer, and once you grow up do you really want to be seen with an old school or gym bag when going away for the weekend with that special other?
A card holder is an item that should be owned by any stylish man, they fit in jeans or a jacket pocket a lot better than your conventional bill fold. There are so many designs made by a lot of designers to meet every budget you just need to find the one for you.
That finalizes the 10 accessories that every stylish man should possess series, if you don’t own these items I suggest you go get them and live life in style.
